Brad Petersen has accumulated over 45 years experience in the site construction industry. He became BASIC CEO in 2001 and co-owner since 2005. Mr. Petersen is the grand patriarch of the BASIC family. His direction and experience has established a successful history of growth and leadership making us what we are today.

Mark Petersen - President

After nearly 20 years of Fortune 500 experience in sales and management, Mark Petersen pursued his entrepreneurial dreams by joining his father in purchasing BASIC and spearheading the evolution of the company's management strategy.

"After the three former transitions in original ownership, I wanted to carry on the tradition of company loyalty to both clients and employees. I aimed to unite my corporate experience with the personal touch of my father's legacy and give BASIC improved organizational strength while remaining a family-oriented business."

Brian Forret - Vice President of Business Development and Client Relations

After serving in the military, Brian started his construction career in 1993 as a tower crane operator. He came to BASIC as a dirt foreman and worked his way up the ranks to executive management and business development. Brian has worked on hundreds of site construction projects and helped substantially grow company revenue.

"The biggest change I see that has allowed for BASIC's continued success is our commitment to value-added consulting during the bid phase. My goal is to offer field perspective to strategize the best possible value per site work dollar spent. BASIC has always had a reputation for client satisfaction and for being a company of our word. Chris Roginski - Vice President Construction Operations

Chris Roginiski is the newest addition to our management team after previously working with BASIC on the client side as a General Contractor. He helps represent the significant diversification of BASIC's future by bringing technical knowledge and a unique perspective from both sides of the business.
